Market Development Funds (MDF)
MDF funds are allocated on a discretionary basis to Armatic partner pre-approved marketing activities or programs. The proposed marketing activities should tie into the partner’s marketing plans to generate positive revenue with Armatic products. Use the on-line form or contact your Armatic Channel Manager to make a request for MDF. Include the following:
- Estimates projecting cost breakdown (total cost projected–since we may only be able to help with part of the expense)
- Program details / samples if needed.
- Remember – anything that does not use an Armatic template (new templates are constantly refined) must be pre-approved BEFORE it can go out (we may be able to refine) or we cannot reimburse.
Armatic may reimburse up to 50% of the total cost of select pre-approved activities, or elect to contribute materials and manpower and expertise to assist with the promotion. We cannot pay for anything that was not pre-approved (there no way we can manage the limited budget)–please do not submit these items when you know we cannot approve it after-the-fact.
All claims for payment must be received by the Channel Manager within 90 days of the activity end date.
Please contact the Partner Manager for any supplies–especially when you need hard copies for events, mailers, etc. Include what you need, the number and time frame. We will charge you for the direct costs of the material.
Please forecast at least two weeks in advance for any orders.

All prices are public pricing.
Your price is the list price minus your margins, stated in your invoice or commission calculation.
Market
Armatic captures a new trend in B2B and Enterprise SaaS solutions. During the initial ten years of SaaS products, it was believed to focus on specific features and build these out and quickly go to market. Many SaaS companies were quickly established and the advantage of cloud based products created a buying frenzy for companies to procure many disconnected software solutions, while they believed to improve employee productivity.
As a result of this development, you have today tens of thousands of SaaS companies vying for market share, each mostly in a very niche market. The early days have proven these companies right. As one example Docusign, a company that provides electronic signature capabilities of documents had tremendous success and today has a market capitalization of $ 9.1 Billion. Other examples of companies include the recent acquisition of Qualtrics by SAP for over $ 8.0 Billion.
These trends are undeniable but leave a lot of undesirable outcomes for users. If every feature becomes a SaaS company, like e-signatures, online surveys, quotes and proposal software – how many different SaaS solutions will my staff use and how do we synchronize the data sources for customers, employee and invoice records across my different departments?
Armatic believes that this gold rush of cloud-based software applications will take a different turn. Integrated solutions that include a multitude of business supporting features that can be shared and accessed by different departments in an organization will thrive and will take tremendous market share from the single feature SaaS applications that require constant shifting from users, switching from application to application.
Modern business workflows include basic elements feature components:
- Communication history across various channels (email, sms, phone, chat)
- Communication integrated capability (email, sms, phone, chat)
- Electronic signatures for any type of documents in an organization
- Storage and linkage of documents with appropriate company records (customer, vendor, employee)
- Survey functionality to receive insights from customers, employees, vendors and partners
- Employee task management and playbooks
- Payment process for customers and to pay your vendors or partners
- Template driven document assembly for a variety of documents (quotes, proposals, contracts, QBRs)
- Employee engagement and advocacy
- Workflow automation leveraging access to all available objects
Armatic has developed these different features and combined them into one cohesive suite, saving the user onboarding and learning time, saving companies SaaS fees for incompatible systems and driving value to the whole organization removing departmental silos.
The Armatic platform is geared and support all critical departments in an organization:

Testimonials
G2Crowd Testimonial Nathan H.
They have great customer support and very easy to use software. They always respond fast and we have very few bugs or growing pains with them. They can support a lot of different billing styles.
G2Crowd Testimonial Rick H.
It completely simplified my billing. Emails are generated automatically for invoicing, reminders are sent out automatically & clients can easily add their credit card information for billing. It's increased the number of people that pay by credit card, cut my time in half for billing & has a very intuitive dashboard to show me what's going on.
Capterra Testimonial David M.
We've been thrilled by the service and capabilities of Armatic. They have been able to provide functionality within Intacct which Intacct itself has not made available.
Capterra Testimonial Nick D.
Armatic has been great in providing an easy to use, fully automated solution to address the ongoing problems we run into in operating a subscription based business.
Intuit Quickbooks Testimonial Elite Technologies
The tight QB sync and automated communications has given our receivables the high touch that we have been doing on a scale than we could ever manage. In the first month it has paid for itself several times over in collected receivables, not to mention the time saved from chasing past due customers.
Armatic is dedicated to helping you succeed with offers to gain your prospects attention.
