Here at Armatic, we pride ourselves on being especially attuned to customer's wants, needs, and everything-in-betweens! Which is why we decided to turn the mic over to some of our customers in order to find out not only how they feel about our product, but also what we can do to better accommodate our clients and their businesses.
This week we set up an interview with Amanda Rodriguez, who is Head of Operations over at KYA Swimwear. KYA is swimwear company based out of Huntington Beach, California; that focuses on both the functional and stylistic elements of their trendy swimwear designs. With their verified social media status, and high-ticket online retailers; business is booming! With only about 10 employees on board the quickly expanding KYA brand, the need to keep business practices flowing as quickly and efficiently as possible is a must. KYA's products are sold through retailers in-store and online as well as through wholesale distributors; and maintains a large number of accounts relative to the size of their team.
Like most teams at fast growing business, Amanda's time and resources were stretched thin, as she tends to take on a large amount of responsibility in many areas of the company. With an ever growing list of account accounts, the task of manually sending invoices, collecting payments, and keeping track of the necessary data was quickly becoming overwhelming. Amanda found herself needing a solution that was "...tech forward, more convenient, and (provided) better bookkeeping; while still providing positive results with customers" - and so she began her search.
Amanda was then introduced to Accounts Receivable automation software through Armatic. We provided Amanda with the tools she needed to create invoice templates, schedule payment reminder emails and calls, and have data reporting options available on-hand at any time; making her job easier- and freeing up time in her busy schedule.
Amanda described her experience with the Armatic team as "Very pleasant and user-friendly", with any questions or issues she had with the product resolved almost immediately. Amanda informed us that the software not only made her life easier, but dramatically reduced the time it took her clients to send their payments (by almost 80%!). Amanda tells us that she is "very happy with the service, and (that it was) exactly what (she) needed."
What KYA Swim likes best about Armatic is that it is "able to customized in order to meet the specific needs of both themselves, and their clients". Some clients tend to need a little less, or a little more help remembering to pay their invoices on time, and Armatic is a great user-friendly way to do that. Not to mention, features like late fees, payment plans and the customer portal are incredibly valuable, as well as use the information Armatic provides to help improve other aspects of her business. As a woman that often finds herself "wearing many hats" to complete the various necessary tasks, Amanda finds Armatic as a solution "a million times better than her previous AR system", and states that it keeps her from spending her hard earned money on a task that can be handled so much more efficiently with our software.
Not only does Armatic help Amanda save time and money, but she reports that the product has also helped improve her customer service reputation as well! Customers report actually preferring the automated reminder emails to traditional personal emails and phone calls- as it doesn't seem like the company is haggling for money, or singling them out. Customers also report the automated invoices and reminders as being helpful, and that it is easier to complete payments (as any payment options offered by the merchant are readily available via links within the invoice).
