Our next client claiming the weekly spotlight is Kimberly Hallowell, the Operations Support Manager with Premier Talent Partners. Premier Talent Partners specializes in staffing their over 300 client's firms with both temporary and part time talented employees, priding themselves especially on their honesty, and reputation for transparency. With over 1500 employees and the mission to keep business on a highly personal level, Premier Talent Partners looks for business practices and tools that both support their needs, and coincide with their core values.
The Problem:
The companies unique business plan led them to require an invoice system that could accommodate a large volume of invoices, predominantly with short payment schedules and needs specific to each individual client. With so many invoices needing to be prepared and sent for payment daily, the task of managing their accounts receivable became tiresome and repetitive with their current accounting systems. Although most of their clients were paying on time, there were some that unfortunately just fell through the cracks, requiring them to engage in long and tedious processes to both help their clients, and maintain their cash flow cycles. The amount of time it was taking to collect even the paid invoices was quickly becoming overwhelming for their AR specialists, distracting them from other practices in need of attention. They soon realized that what they really needed, was a way to automate both the mundane and complex tasks so they could get back down to the things that really mattered.
The Solution:
Premier Talent Partners found all that and more with Armatic. The software integrated seamlessly with their current systems within months, including their Stripe Payment Processor, Sage Intact system, and Gmail accounts; noting that they found it to be easily understood and used by all members of their team. Kimberly tells us that the software was especially desirable because their "business model has unique challenges, and needed a flexible vendor with good customer service to help accommodate for that." It was also explained that their customers especially liked that they were now able to take control of their own accounts; as now they could review and examine their payments history, account balances, past invoices, and charge descriptions.
The Experience:
Armatic has not only shortened their average DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), put provided a much more convenient payment platform for clients, simplified credit card processing, reduced the amount of manual labor needed, and cut down drastically on the amount of email communication between them and their clients regarding account inquiries. Kimberly tells us that Armatic has really given their clients a sense of empowerment and control over the information surrounding their accounts, ultimately "helping increase (their) image of transparency, which is so important in regards to the values of the company." It was appreciated by both them and their clients, that those who pay using the Armatic portal could have their payments recorded on the invoice automatically, with no down time between making the payment and seeing it on their statement.
