This weeks client spotlight is based on our spotlight interview with Paul Tropeano, the collections manager over at Keg Logistics. The company offers high quality German-made kegs, through flexible rent-to-own and short term leasing programs; as well as other various programs and services in order to suit their over 2500 customers' individual needs.
The Problem:
Keg Logistics attractive services and pricing options led them to develop a large customer base fairly quickly. This expansion left them little time to identify the best accounting practices and solutions that fit the needs of their unique business plan. Coming on board as the collections manager, Paul found himself overwhelmed with the amount of past due invoices plaguing their accounting systems.
